We invite you to join the Concierge team in one of Barcelona's most luxurious residential buildings, with the highest quality finishings; working inside the walls of this building is working in a special place where standards are held to the top level.

Inside this residential building lives a community of residents. Ensuring these residents enjoy a high-quality facility is no small task with its communal areas, architecture, singularity, and history


Responsibilities of the Concierge Team are many: From welcoming residents with great energy to helping them however best possible, keeping in touch with all of them to ensure excellent service.

Position Summary
We seek an experienced Concierge to join the team and help in the Conciergerie general duties.


In your role, you will interact with a community of high net-worth international residents where you will be expected to show tremendous energy, the ability to build relationships, and the strongest desire to find the best solution possible so as not only to accomplish the work but always go a step beyond.

This role reports to the Management Team. It will be full-time (40h a week).


What you'll be doing
In this role, you will represent your team towards VIP owners & residents. Working alongside your colleagues and superiors, you will primarily provide the service expected from the Conciergerie.

This is the opportunity to lead your area and demonstrate that you can get things done autonomously.

More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

Conciergerie Service

  • You will welcome guests at the front desk and answer their various questions, always displaying a great positive attitude and energy.
  • You will be the first point of contact with owners if any issue happens regarding their apartment.
  • You will help residents solve any issues they may have, ranging from advising them on a restaurant, making a reservation for them, delivering packages, going on a shopping hunt, contacting providers, etc.
  • You will take care of the reception space and general decoration, ensuring that everything is always ready for any visit.
  • You will ensure all common spaces are spotless and organized with regular visits through the building. You will be in charge of supervising the cleaning service.
  • You will be proactive and keep active communication with the owners and management department to give the best service possible.
  • You will monitor the community expenses daily, ensuring we stick to the annual budget. You will send weekly reports to the management team.
  • You will be free to propose new ideas to improve the resident's comfort and experience with the concierge team.

Ideally, your profile shows evidence of the following:

  • Experience in the Hospitality / Conciergerie sectors (compulsory)
  • Good English & Spanish (mandatory)
  • Previous experience dealing with highlevel clients (appreciated)
  • Other languages than English & Spanish (appreciated)
  • Competency in Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite, and comprehensive online tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Strong team player and collaborator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
