- Run paid campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and manage reporting and analytics of those campaigns
- Manage TravelPerks employer branding events strategy Decide on key hiring events with sponsorships hosting and speaking opportunities Youll manage budgets logistics swag lead generation followup communications and how we drive return on investment from these events
- Influence key stakeholders to increase TravelPerks employee ambassador participation providing opportunities for the TravelPerk team to share about life at TravelPerk on social media speaking engagements attending events writing blogs

As TravelPerks Employer Brand Manager youll own the employer branding strategy for TravelPerk and be hands on in delivering against it Youll sit within our TA team and work closely with them to adapt your strategy according to market changes and internal business needsnbsp;
