Role Overview:
As the Associate Director IP Lawyer, you will report to the Group General Counsel and be part of the global legal and compliance team situated in Basildon, UK. Your primary responsibilities will involve devising and executing strategies to safeguard intellectual property rights, including patents and trademarks. You will offer expert guidance on various issues impacting Pharmanovia's intellectual property assets, such as new IP rights registration opportunities, strategic advice for enhancing these rights, decisions regarding existing IP renewals, and strategies to uphold and safeguard Pharmanovia's IP rights against external entities.

This is a senior-level position, requiring candidates capable of independent work with minimal supervision. Applicants with less than 7 years of experience may lack the necessary expertise, but exceptional individuals are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will be expected to work at least one day per week at our UK office in Basildon. Hybrid working model available - Basildon or London office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
