- Redacción, revisión y/o modificaciones de contratos en distintas materias, (prestación de servicios, proveedores y Non Disclosure Agreement, entre otros)
- Responsabilizarse de los trámites notariales y reclamaciones extrajudiciales
- Redacción de alegaciones y recursos administrativos
- Redacción de reclamaciones económico-administrativas
- Apoyo a las distintas áreas de negocio en cuestiones jurídicas relacionadas con la actividad principal de la empresa.
¿Qué Buscamos?
Requisitos: - Licenciatura en Derecho obtenida.
- Habilidades de investigación, escritura y análisis legal.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo acelerado.
- Competencias en el uso de bases de datos legales y Microsoft Office.
- Idiomas: Español fluido requerido, inglés avanzado es un plus.
Habilidades Personales: - Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de organización.
- Comunicación efectiva tanto oral como escrita.
- Proactividad y autonomía en la gestión de tareas.
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de trabajo en equipo.
¿Qué Ofrecemos? - Contrato indefinido y la oportunidad de desarrollar una carrera profesional dentro de una multinacional en pleno crecimiento y expansión.
- Jornada completa con flexibilidad de entrada y de salida: L – J de 8:30-9:30 a 18:00-19:00 con 1h para comer. Los viernes, jornada intensiva de 8:00-8:30 a 15:00-15:30.
- Jornada intensiva el mes de agosto.
- Día extra de vacaciones por tu cumpleaños.
- Ubicación en Sant Cugat del Vallès.
- Opción de teletrabajo 2 día a la semana después de los primeros 6 meses.
- Posibilidad de optar a la bonificación del 50% de mutua de salud a partir de los 6 meses.
