- Liderar los proyectos asignados cumpliendo las expectativas funcionales y presupuestarias, con el fin de entregar satisfactoriamente y en el tiempo establecido las instalaciones productivas a sus usuarios finales.
- Coordinar las actividades relativas a la ejecución de proyectos de inversión para obtener un resultado adecuado en cuanto a calidad, puntualidad de entrega, seguridad y cumplimiento presupuestario.
- Coordinar y controlar el trabajo de empresas externas contratadas para la ejecución de los trabajos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los contratos y de las normativas de APCE.
- Dar soporte a temas regulatorios: auditorías de calidad, de seguridad, calificaciones de equipos y sistemas, legalizaciones de equipos e instalaciones.
- Desarrollar las actividades que le sean asignadas por el director de proyecto, cumpliendo expectativas técnicas, tiempo y presupuesto, con el fin de colaborar con el éxito global del proyecto. Entrega de las instalaciones en plazo y puesta en marcha satisfactoria.
- Proponer mejoras para las instalaciones/equipos de fábrica, manteniendo el plan de inversiones de planta.
- Grado en Ingeniería, preferiblemente especialización en Química.
- Experiencia en puesto similar (mínimo 4 años).
- Experiencia en Proceso (diseño y cálculo de instalaciones).
- Inglés (nivel First Certificate mínimo).
- Alta capacidad de integrarse en equipos multidisciplinares, gestión de personal, planificación, orientación al cliente interno y a resultados.
