    What You'll Do:

    Hitting or exceeding quarterly financial targets Executing sales activity: prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations ,F2F meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycle.

    Educating prospects on Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to manage their campaign targets (e.g. ROAS).Tracking industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game.

    Working with internal stakeholders (account management, creative technical, legal and other teams) to ensure a high level of clients' satisfaction.


    Who You Are:
    Proven track record in driving new business, ideally in Ad Tech industryStrong network in Polish market (focus vertical: ecommerce, finance, automotive) is requiredAccurate pipeline planning and revenue forecastingExcellent presentation skills to open doors across clients at all levelA team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centric mindset and strong will to succeedFluent in English and Polish, other Eastern European languages is a plus
