- Working closely with the Global Change lead and content creators to determine the most effective digital adoption strategies for addressing complex business needs
- Develop digital adoption content aligned with business objectives and new feature requirements
- Ensure tasks are accurately updated and progressed as necessary
- Organize and maintain the company's CRM dashboard to ensure proper categorization and accessibility for the end-user
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to to implement new digital adoption technical solutions
- Conduct reporting duties such as reporting weekly progress of key projects
- Identify and engage in continuous improvement strategies
- Prepare meeting presentations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy
- You have a native or bilignual level of English
- You have atleast 3 years of experience in working with a CRM
- You have relevant experience in Communications, Change Management, System Management or Project Management
- You have experience in translating complex business processes into understandable content for the end-user
- You have confident technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
