    • Specific Role Conditions:
    • Working shift: 9:00 to 18:00 - Monday to Friday.
    • Hybrid working model after training and adaptation process.
    • Permanent contract.
    • Starting date: 1st of July.Key Responsibilities:
    • As a competent contact person for our customers, you will take care of all administrative and technical concerns as well as after-sales questions via email, phone and chat.
    • You will solve problems and complaints through creativity to offer our customers an excellent service experience.
    • You will collaborate with other teams (for example, product, sales and customer experience) to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers.
    • You will store all customer-related data reliably in our systems.
    • You will know all our products by heart right down to the last point of the program.
    • You will live and apply the project mission - to make healthcare more human.Requirements:
    • You speak German at a native level and can also communicate well in English.
    • You enjoy communicating with customers and proactively try to find satisfactory solutions for them.
    • You always keep a cool head, even in heated situations.
    • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and your way of working is characterized by independence and proactivity.
    • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
