    En este puesto, serás la cara visible de Just Eat y formarás una parte de un pequeño equipo que gestiona y asegura el buen funcionamiento de la oficina

    Buscamos a una persona cercana y acogedora que tenga una fuerte orientación al cliente y que haga sentir como en casa tanto a los empleados como a las visitas El candidato ideal tiene ganas de afrontar un nuevo reto y aportar ideas creativas en un equipo joven y dinámico.

    Estos son algunos de los ingredientes clave para la posición :

    • Recibir a las visitas, asegurando que tengan una buena experiencia cuando vengan a nuestras oficinas
    • Gestionar el área de recepción, incluyendo la atención telefónica.
    • Gestionar las plazas de aparcamiento de la oficina en colaboración con el equipo de Seguridad.
    • Gestionar la flota de vehículos comerciales, incluyendo la gestión e identificación de multas, monitorizar tarjetas combustible, gestionar incidencias etc
    • Mantener y monitorizar los suministros de oficina y coordinar pedidos según sea necesario.
    • Ser la persona de referencia a la que puedan acudir los empleados en la oficina para resolver cualquier duda.
    • Dar soporte en la organización y coordinación de eventos internos y externos
    • Asistir en tareas administrativas tales como solicitar y activar las tarjetas de identificación de las nuevas incorporaciones, gestionar tarjetas de visita, gestionar viajes etc.
    • Gestionar el buzón de correo de Facilities
    • Creación de POs y realizar un seguimiento de la facturación de los proveedores a través de de la herramienta Workday
    • Coordinar envíos y recepciones de paquetería y correspondencia locales y internacionales
    • Apoyo administrativo general al Facilities Manager

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años como recepcionista en un entorno dinámico
    • Nivel de español nativo y alto nivel de inglés (B2-C1)
    • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y organizativas
    • Tener un sentido de responsabilidad, diligencia y un alto nivel de automotivación.
    • Experiencia trabajando con Excel / Google Suite
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita
    • Ser una persona proactiva, flexible, con actitud positiva y iniciativa
