Descripción del empleo

¿Cuál es tu misión?

Como Commercial Assistant del departamento de Francia, serás la figura de apoyo del Commercial Buyer/Seller durante las negociaciones y operaciones con proveedores/clientes, manteniendo el flujo de información con el cliente y garantizando la gestión adecuada de los pedidos.

Funciones del puesto:

Proporcionar info. sobre artículos, proveedores y mercado

Apoyar al Commercial Buyer/Seller en la gestión del surtido y portfolio de proveedores

Coordinar las peticiones de surtido y gestionar pedidos

Reportes administrativos (Recepción de mercancías, cargas, chequeo de precios...)

Garantizar el flujo de comunicación en cuanto a negociación de precios, pedidos, exportaciones y documentación necesaria.

Requisitos

Formación Profesional en Comercio Internacional

Experiencia previa de 3 años en funciones similares, preferentemente en Fruta y Verdura

Uso avanzado paquete Office (Excel medio-avanzado)

Nivel alto de francés e inglés

Habilidades comerciales: negociación, comunicación y agilidad en resolución de incidencias

Actitud proactiva y flexibilidad para atender las necesidades del negocio
