Mission and responsibilities:

Being a single point of contact in the relationship with countries, guaranteeing the reconciliation of accounts.

Coordinate and centralize the annual budgetary exercise three years ahead.

Design the zero-based budget for the start-up of new projects.

Control running cost and estimate impact according to the different drivers and volumes.

Structure, report and explain the status of the projects to the Headquarters.

Perform monthly closings and prepare reports for Financial Management.

Plan and follow up on the SW amortization schedule.

Monitor the rate of accrual vs. budget, deliverables, identify risks and propose mitigating actions.

Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are investigated and solved on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic initiatives.

Communicating with internal stakeholders to solve queries.

Ensuring the efficient operation of a robust control environment within Openbank

To be successful in the role you must have:

At least years of experience as an IT Controller, in IT or Banking services.

High level of commitment.

Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day practice.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately at all levels.

A confident self-initiative attitude.

Control mindset.

Attention to details.

A strong sense of belonging and the ability to work independently.

Spanish (High Level), English (High Level)

Excel (High Level), Powerpoint (High Level), Power BI (High Level)

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field.
