    Descripción

    Multinational company, leader of their sector, is looking for Field Service Technician for their brand new hub in Madrid.

    If you have the experience, an international mindset and you're fluent in English, this is your role

    ROLE:

    The Field Technician will be responsible for servicing our products and solution across Spain.
    Servicing includes, but is not limited to, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement suggestions and observations, and technical support.
    This role will report to the Operations Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform/support Preventative Maintenance routines.
    • Operation Monitoring & adjustment remotely.
    • Supporting partner / customer worldwide remote and on site.
    • Servicing training of partners and customers.
    • Providing support for maintaining calibration of tools.
    • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Travel when required to perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • High School Diploma required; Tech School/Degree in Engineering preferred.
    • 3+ years general maintenance experience (material handling industry is highly preferred)
    • Knowledge of battery systems, basic mechanical and/or automotive maintenance repairs
    • Basic computer skills which include use of Microsoft Outlook email, internal systems and web applications
    • Problem Solving skills
    • Customer service skills
