WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Admin Accountant at Oatly, you will support the financeteam within South Europe and France and your tasks will include:

• Accounting:

Management and support Participation in the work with monthly and annual closing Accruals management VAT reporting for different countries (mainly Spain and France) Intrastat reporting for different countries (mainly Spain and France) Support with Finance reporting and expense management

• Admin:

Management and control of new clients and vendors Operate pricing and promotions Finance and Customer Service support WHO YOU ARE To succeed in the role, you need to have great communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.

You are organized, structured and flexible and are able to work in a dynamic environment. Being independent, persistent and curious are additional qualities that you possess. You are outgoing and a person with positive energy, who like to be a part of a team. You are humble and positive and continuously look for possibilities to improve.

You meet the following qualifications:

At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or in a similar role Experience in Office, especially Excel International experience Fluent in both English andSpanish, verbal and written It is a qualification if you speak French (not a must).

And it's also a high plus if you have knowledge of D365, Aaro and perhaps some international experience.
