- Embedded in the AS department and reporting to an AS Cluster Lead, the primary role of an AS Consultant is to support our external clients by:
- Providing configuration/consulting payroll services (SAP HCM ES)
- Offering application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and relevant functional and technical activities.
- Identifying, managing, and testing SAP note applications. Opening and handling customer messages to SAP for necessary support and corrections.
- Overseeing reported incidents, conducting functional analysis, and providing guidance on the technical implementation approach.
- Delivering error-free implementations and customization in alignment with Alight's best practices.
- Conducting essential system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure compliance with agreed-upon specifications.
- Documenting issues handled (both technical and functional) and managing personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met. Regularly updating the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager on status and progress.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technical disciplines, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in SAP HCM application maintenance, with knowledge of Spanish PY/PA/OM preferred
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English
- A strong dedication to delivering high-quality support in the realm of Human Resources
- Service-oriented mindset with a keen client focus and accountability
- Discretion and ability to maintain information confidentiality

Your Mission:
What We Require:
Your application is currently under review for a role within an Alight Inc group company. Please note that Alight intends to transfer its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. In the event of this transfer, this position will transition to the new Payroll & Professional Services division owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group').
