- Integrate into the Application Management Services (AMS) department under the supervision of an AMS Cluster Lead
- Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities
- Manage tickets after functional analysis and guidance on technical implementation
- Generate bug-free code and customizations following Alight best practices
- HRSP Implementation
- Conduct system tests to ensure applications meet specifications
- Provide technical and functional documentation
- Manage daily priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain communication channels at an appropriate level
- Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture
- SAP HCM Experience
- Extensive SAP HCM & Payroll configuration skills
- Hands-on experience with German Payroll
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis preferred
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies
- Interest in delivering high-quality support in HR
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus

- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll issues
