- Recibir y gestionar diferentes incidencias con pedidos de restaurantes u otros locales, entre ellos cadenas (VIPS, KFC, TGB...) a los diferentes recursos disponibles (drivers y partners).
- Emitir y recibir llamadas y chats para resolver cualquier incidencia o consulta de los repartidores relacionadas con pedidos real time.
- Resolver incidencias de forma efectiva.
- Nivel usuario de herramientas tecnológicas (Excel y Tableau)
- Organización, planificación y gestión del estrés.
- Excelentes habilidades de atención telefónica y comunicación escrita.
- Excelente comunicador y capaz de mantener la calma en todo tipo de situaciones, sobretodo aquellas que sean urgentes.
- Capaz de realizar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo y tomar las decisiones adecuadas en cada momento con poca supervisión.
