- Redactar y crear diferentes tipos de contratos de prestación de servicios y adquisición de materiales en el sector de la construcción de proyectos de energía renovable. Asistencia en procesos de contratación.
- Analizar e interpretar diferentes cláusulas y condiciones contractuales.
- Intermediar entre la compañía, los clientes o proveedores.
- Resolver posibles conflictos por causa del contrato.
- Participar en negociación de contratos.
- Asesorar a la compañía sobre asuntos contractuales.
- Registrar contratos.
- Documentar y realizar cambios en los contratos.
- Hacer el seguimiento y la monitorización del cumplimiento de los contratos, maximizando los beneficios y éxito empresarial, y minimizando y auditando los riesgos de los contratos.
- Gestión de reclamaciones.
- Garantizar revisiones, aprobaciones y conciliación de variaciones.
- Cooperar y coordinar con otros departamentos.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años realizando las funciones encomendadas.
- Valorable experiencia en Proyectos de Construcción, o Gestión de Proyectos.
- Conocimientos complementarios en el sector jurídico, financiero, comercial o legal.
- Habilidad comunicativa a nivel horizontal y vertical
- Versatilidad en diferentes disciplinas
- Independencia del rol dentro de la organización
