IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support forusers in a wide variety of IT programs
• Contact person for technical questions
• Support for standard applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) andtroubleshooting in an industrial environment
• Ensuring trouble-free IT operation with the help of diagnostictechniques
• Taking over administrative tasksin a Microsoft Windows network and the associated infrastructure
• Installation and operation of server and PCsystems
• Carrying out data backups andrestores
• Optimizing the existinginfrastructure and introducing new technologies

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as an ITspecialist for system integration (m/f/d), administration or asimilar qualification
• Reliable supportexperience and very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Knowledge in the areas of data backup,Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, SQL as well as theconfiguration and distribution of group policies
• A current Microsoft certification (MCSE) would bedesirable
• Analytical thinking allows you toquickly grasp complex interrelationships and enables you toaccurately analyze and resolve problems
• As ateam player, you communicate with colleagues and users at eye leveland can explain and implement solutions to problems in anunderstandable way
• Technical English skillsround off your profile
