- Installation,configuration, optimization, monitoring & troubleshootingof all IT systems (class. Server/client environment on MSWindows/Office & Linux with MS HyperV as virtualizationplatform)
- Administration, support &training of standard software & various industry-specificapplications (incl. document creation with Word, Adobe &Crystal Reports)
- Network administration inthe areas of switching, routing, firewalling, VPN, VLAN &telephony
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support& contact person for our employees in all IT specialistareas
- Planning, organization, implementationand documentation of IT projects
- Technicaltesting & purchasing of hardware & software
- Communication with external IT serviceproviders, vendors & partners
- Completed IT training as an IT specialist in system integration orcomparable qualification/training/studies related to IT
- Several years of professional experience in this field
- Very good expertise in the administration ofMS HyperV, Windows & Linux operating systems, as well as inthe areas of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SQL &Office
- Good understanding of complex networkstructures LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN and WLAN
- Verygood comprehension skills in dealing with operational standard& ERP software
- Strong serviceorientation, social skills and convincing communication skills
- Analytical & structured thinking,professional & planning commitment & independent,conceptual and careful way of working
