    Role Description

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Danish Speaking Recruiter. This is a remote, entry-level job perfect for those eager to start their career in Human Resources. As a recruiter, your main responsibilities will be to connect with potential candidates, screen their applications, conduct online interviews, and manage the overall recruitment process. Additionally, you will also be required to conduct language tests and finalize contracts. Please note that a mandatory four-month training program in Athens is part of the job, with all expenses paid by the company.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Danish and English
    • Valid European Union passport
    • Availability to attend a four-month training program in Athens
    • Ability to work remotely post-training
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
