    Job descriptionJoin a dynamic organisation and take on the role of a Business Development Manager based in Barcelona or working remotely.

    As a tenacious and independent contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DACH Region and executing the entire sales cycle.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
    Identify and engage key stakeholders within target industries, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
    Stay abreast of market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving landscape.
    Consistently surpass monthly sales targets by actively generating new business opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline.
    Conduct effective prospecting activities, including cold calling, to arrange meetings and cultivate potential customer relationships.
    Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey enthusiasm and value propositions to customers and colleagues.
    Fluency in business-level German is required for this role.

    Digital Sales Proficiency:
    Showcase a proven track record of success in new sales, with a particular preference for experience in digital sales

    Exceptional Communication Skills:
    Articulate your enthusiasm effectively to customers and colleagues, fostering positive relationships and collaboration

    Language Proficiency:
    Possess excellent English and business-level German language skills
