    Position Overview

    We are hiring French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products.

    Do you enjoy solving problems and helping others? Are you passionate about customer experience? Are you familiar with Autodesk Revit or similar software? Then, we would love to hear from you

    About the position:

    The workplace type for this role is hybrid, presence in the office is required based on our needs.

    Reporting to a Technical Support Manager, you will be part of a team of technical support specialists. Your will resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk via phone, web, online forums, and other channels, and documenting your findings for our Knowledge Base. When needed, you will support our product development teams with information required for product improvement.

    To best meet the customer needs you will use your excellent French skills but also English or other languages that you are familiar with.

    Responsibilities

  • Assist Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions.
  • Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase.
  • Research, verify, and document product issues.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French.
  • Experience using building design software (preferably Autodesk software).
  • Experience in the Architecture Engineering and Construction industry.
  • Passion for helping people.
  • Appetite for solving problems.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar products.
