- Accounting controlling for Legal entities in Scope:
- Quarterly review of financial statements (US GAAP),
- Financial Reporting analytical review (preparation + analysis),
- Deep dive on certain BS areas / unusual items,
- Non standard commercial transactions review ,
- Regular teamwork with the Finance Shared Services, consolidation, tax and legal teams,
- Responsible for reviewing statutory financial statements and presenting them to Boards of Directors,
- Organization of the statutory annual financial statements' audits,
- Coordination with local tax advisors and local auditors & coordination of local stat filings including surveys
- Ad-hoc contribution to finance-related projects
- Business partnering and projects management:
- Partner with regional managing directors, leadership team and FP&A on the overall finance and business management of the region
- Contribute to finance/legal/tax related projects to support environment evolution and company's evolution and growth (organic or acquisition).
- Tax, legal and SOX compliance:
- Assistance to the Tax audits (if any),
- Review and sign off on Corporate income tax returns,
- Performance of SOX controls related to Income tax
- Master in Accounting and Finance is required (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
- Strong excel and power point skills (SAP skill is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred) -experience in the New Technology and Digital Marketing industries is a plus.
- Must be well organized and analytical. Good team player. Self-driven and curious
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), French/Spanish is a plus
- Willing to work in a fast moving, complex international environment.
