Role purpose:

Main Accountabilities

Carry out budgetary control of the operations / business unit under its responsibility, analyzing the deviations that may occur with respect to the original budgets.

Provide information on the deviations that occur and possible corrections to them

It will provide information on margins, ratios, trends, reasonableness of the data.

Preparation and monitoring of Actuals / Budgets / Forecast of the assigned centers

Participation in meetings with the directors of the business units and / or participation in the Committees of the Business Units in their area of responsibility.

Maintenance of Actuals, Budget and Forecast books

Analysis of profitability by clients, activities, center, etc.

Preparation of different reports for the country's Directorate and other European CIA organizations

Support to the Business Units, in renegotiations, projects, rate reviews, and business support in general.

Carry out Business Cases on specific projects

Analyze investment projects (Financial Model) and Project papers

Coordination and management of the assigned Finance Support Site team, taking care of its development, distribution of functions, setting of objectives and monitoring of the same, and other functions and tasks implicit in team management.

Take part in the process of communication and implementation of the specific procedures and processes derived from the deployment of environmental management and energy efficiency integrated system.

To contribute to achieving the goals on environmental matters following guidelines and policies defined by the organization.

Requirements for the job:

Degree (Business Administration, Economics or similar)

MBA will be a plus

At least 5 years in a similar role within multinational companies

English professional skills
