    • Coche de empresa Tu principal responsabilidad será desarrollar y gestionar el negocio y la actividad del taller con el objetivo de satisfacer a los clientes y al equipo, de tal forma que contribuyas al crecimiento de Scania.

    Algunas de tus funciones principales serán:

    • Gestionar y planificar la actividad diaria del taller, trabajando sobre las posibles desviaciones.
    • Liderar y motivar al equipo del taller y recambios.
    • Desarrollar las relaciones con los clientes: asegurando que satisfacemos sus necesidades y establecemos vínculos que nos permitan cumplir sus expectativas ahora y en el futuro
    • Desarrollo de negocio:
    incrementando las ventas de soluciones de servicio


    • Seguimiento de resultados:
    A través del seguimiento de los indicadores de resultados y objetivos operativos para alcanzar los objetivos previamente definidos


    Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

    • Experiencia y conocimiento técnico sector automoción (deseable en camiones y autobuses) y/o experiencia en empresa multinacional de retail con equipos a cargo
    • Experiencia en concesionario industrial o similar.
    • Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
    • Conocimientos a nivel medio/alto del paquete Office (Excel) .
    • Deseable: permiso de conducir B, C y D.
