We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join a fast-paced and dynamic business and lead a team of superstar Recruiters


As Coordinator you will balance personal delivery of senior level roles as well as direct, coach, report and support the performance of a team of Recruiters.

In addition, you will be expected to develop strong relationships with our internal Stakeholders in support of the recruitment team activities and propose sourcing/research suppliers, aggregators, job boards and social media tools to enable the TA Team success.

The role reports to the Talent Acquisition EMEA & LATAM based in Spain.

What you will do

  • Act as the senior recruiting partner and advisor to the business. Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, starting from the acquisition of the Business needs to the onboarding of new resources.
  • Train, coach and manage the daytoday activity of Granada's recruiting team.
  • Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements across the team.
  • Manage REQ workload and address the best recruiter to the best business unit.
  • Using TA reporting as required for planning workforce across the team to successfully meet both TA & the Business needs.
  • Update the design and implementation of interview and evaluation processes to continuously improving the recruiting workflow.
  • Undertake senior level searches supporting regional executive stakeholders in their hiring needs and provide a white glove service.
  • Partner with OneHR, Local HR, Reception, and other teams to facilitate a smooth Talent Function
  • Partner with the rest of Talent Acquisition Managers across the globe on the development of an appropriate recruitment brand and marketing activities in the relevant marketplaces
  • Leadership skills are essential. Previous Team Lead experience is preferable.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, an accomplished relationshipbuilder.
  • Able to evidence clear and impactful experience of teamcoaching and development of direct reports.
  • Experience of EMEA recruiting market is essential, particularly supporting SAP Consulting and Operational teams.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn new tools and analytical techniques quickly.
  • Team player who is deliveryfocused, pragmatic and rolls with the punches
  • Analytical, with experience and an understanding of ATS and HRIS
