- Develop and implement the market access strategy for new or novel biomarkers, methods and technologies
- Identify payer environment trends and use those insights to develop the market access and payer value communication strategies, including the monetization of digital solutions with the healthcare systems and the expansion of the use of existing biomarkers into selected new clinical applications
- Design and implement local HEOR (Health Economics/Outcomes Research) to generate evidence of premium value
- Align market access, health economic and clinical expertise to drive the defined objectives
- Map the market and stakeholders and establish institutional relationships with the relevant individuals
- Help affiliates and Business Units to understand the different European healthcare systems and their funding/reimbursement methods
- Develop budget impact and cost effectiveness models and generate evidence including e.g. via real-world data and investigator initiated trials
- Support KOL management, development of expert meetings and congresses
- Develop the clinical selling strategy and coordinate or lead the clinical specialists in the affiliates
- Extensive experience in market access in the medtech context complemented by solid expertise in health economics and general understanding of clinical concepts
- Familiarity with European healthcare systems and funding/reimbursement models. You should bring a deep understanding of at least two countries and an established network of relevant stakeholders
- Experience in innovating business and revenue models e.g. risk sharing, value based, outcomes based etc.
