    TITLE: Product Management Internship

    DEPARTMENT: Product Management

    REPORTING TO: Senior Product Manager

    OFFICE LOCATION: Madrid, Spain

    Overview of the Team

    The Chief Technology Officer at IPC supervises the Product Management unit, divided into two main sections: Telecommunication Services (TS) and Network Services (NS).

    Within the TS Product Management team, there are Product Managers (PM) and Product Owners (PO) who play crucial roles in shaping product strategies and facilitating development in collaboration with Product Engineering.

    This team functions globally, with PMs and POs placed across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring comprehensive coverage and strategic alignment across various markets and client needs.

    Role Overview:

    • Facilitate all aspects of the product lifecycle: Market analysis, Product definition and roadmaps, Product development and testing support, Go to Market process (Sale, Legal, Marketing, Documentation, Operations, Security)
    • Collaborate closely with Product Engineering to aid in developing a new product following the Agile SaFe framework.
    • Support customer-facing and Go to Market activities with Product Owners responsible for delivering the roadmap promptly through Product Engineering.
    • Contribute to the introduction of a significant evolution of an existing product named Critical Alert (Critical Alert is a key product/service providing 24/7 monitoring to IPC on-premise customers).
    • Work closely with various teams within IPC organization: Product Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Security, Operations

    How You Will Make an Impact:

    • Efficiently delivering products to the market relies heavily on Go To Market tasks.
    • The Internship will be accountable for tracking and delivering certain elements of the Go To Market (Marketing and communications deliverables, pricing structure, and Sales force processes)

    Desired Skills and Experience to Be Successful in this Role:

    • Pursuing a Master's degree.
    • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Familiarity with Agile SaFe framework.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills (ability to lead meetings and drive them towards objectives).
    • Understanding of the SaaS Business model.
    • Knowledge of monitoring technologies (SNMP, Syslog, SPLUNK, etc.).
    • Prior experience in introducing a new product to the market.

    Additional Information:
