    Company Description

    In a diverse environment, you will acquire valuable experience in the recruitment and sales sectors. Your Internship serves as a pathway to a permanent position. Your Manager will guide you towards success in a vibrant startup setting.

    Your role as a Recruitment & Sales Development Intern will involve:

    Responsibilities include:

    • Analyzing clients' needs and creating a search strategy
    • Sourcing candidates through various networks
    • Exploring new candidate resources
    • Promoting job openings
    • Conducting candidate interviews
    • Expanding your professional network
    • Maintaining candidate relationships
    • Contributing to ad-hoc projects

    You will be part of a dynamic team; adaptability and flexibility will be crucial for your success. Your colleagues consist of expats enjoying a balanced lifestyle in Barcelona.

    What you'll receive:

    • Contract Type: 6-month internship with a Learning Agreement
    • Office Location: Central Barcelona - onsite position
    • Salary: 500€ per month + OTE bonus
    • Quarterly team incentives
