- Forge and nurture relationships with companies seeking to hire MBA, CEMS, MSc, and BBA students for internships and full-time roles.
- Engage in national and international business trips (approx. 20% of your time) to solidify these - connections.
- Manage demanding and competitive recruiters, optimizing on-campus recruiting activities.
- Act as a conduit between employers and candidates, facilitating job postings, collecting CVs, scheduling interviews, and organizing recruiting events on campus.
- Provide sector-specific advising and conduct mock interviews for students targeting consulting roles.
- Develop and deliver specialized training sessions for consulting-focused students, collaborating with external providers when necessary.
- Account management & Development:
- Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law... or similar
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in international sales and career services within a university or business school setting is beneficial. Financial Services experience is a plus.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, effective interaction with a diverse, high-achieving international student body. Team-oriented mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commercial and business development mindset.
- Languages: Fluent/proficiency in Spanish and English is a must; other European languages, particularly German, are advantageous.
- Attributes: Energetic, flexible, self-motivated, with strong relationship management skills. Comfort in ambiguous environments and adaptability to ad-hoc requests are essential.
