    An excellent service for our employees and clients is a must We're looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Coordinator whose challenge will be guarantee the correct attention of internal and external customers and support the Office Management Team in diverse tasks

    Your role highlights – your responsibilities

    • You will ensure the correct attention to external and internal customers and the correct communication between both.
    • You will answer and filter phone calls and emails.
    • Management of booking rooms and caterings and the daily catering service.
    • You will ensure the good use and security of the common goods (create a good atmosphere in the office with the attitude, offer facilities)
    • You will control and booking of the company utility vehicle, help with maintenance vehicles for the use of colleagues and control of petrol cards.
    • You will manage private courier companies, dispatches, negotiation of rates and control of invoices.
    • You will collaborate in updating the company's databases, stock control and inventory.

    Requirements

    • Intermediate level studies related to Administration, Customer Service, Receptionist, Tourism or similar
    • You are fluent in English and Spanish; other languages as German, French or Italian are valued
    • Good command of Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Minimum one-year experience in a similar position and customer service
    • Besides good presence, commitment and tolerance to stressful situations are definitely counting to your strengths
    • You are a team player as you know that only together, we achieve our goals
    • It's easy for you to look for solutions to unforeseen changes
