    JOB SUMMARY

    • Responsible for optimizing revenue and profit from guest rooms.
    • Develops sales strategy for different customer segments, identifies new revenue opportunities, and maintains relationships with stakeholders.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field with 1 year of experience.
    • OR
    • 4-year bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields without work experience.

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

    Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data

    • Identifies problems, trends, and obstacles in revenue data.
    • Generates reports on booking patterns, market trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Provides accurate and timely results through reports and presentations.

    Managing Revenue Management Strategy

    • Provides expertise to property leaders for sales strategy.
    • Implements revenue tests, evaluates strategies, and communicates rate restrictions.
    • Assists hotels with pricing and revenue management processes.

    Building Successful Relationships

    • Communicates brand initiatives and market analysis to key stakeholders.
    • Develops constructive relationships and delivers timely communication of results and challenges.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Informs relevant parties of important information promptly.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of job-related issues and provides necessary information to manage projects.
