    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define interaction models, and create wireframes and prototypes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional user experiences.

    Additionally, as a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the team in a continuous improvement process, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for identifying areas of enhancement within our design processes, tools, and methodologies, and driving initiatives to implement improvements. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating the overall quality of our design work and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

    Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.

    Develop user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.

    Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.

    Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

    Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.

    Champion best practices in UX design and advocate for the importance of user-centric design within the organization.

    Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

    Requirements

    5-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for digital products.

    Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

    Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and processes.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

    Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.

    A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills.

    Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

    Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design.
