    Busquem un/a Senior Service Designer, amb més de 6 anys d'experiència en disseny de serveis i Design Thinking. Una persona curiosa, amb capacitat "system thinking" i experiència dinamitzant workshops amb càrrecs directius i usuaris amb el propòsit d'identificar el context, idear millores de processos i serveis, i acompanyar en la gestió del canvi.

    Formaràs part de l'equip de Fail Fast, un estudi digital amb més de 70 perfils multidisciplinars que milloren a diari productes, serveis i marques a través del disseny i la comunicació. Tindràs accés a un programa de creixement basat en sessions de Power-Up i mentoring, amb espais de co-creació i possibilitat de formar-te i certificar-te en múltiples especialitats. Tot això, en unes oficines situades a Barcelona molt a prop de la platja. Sol, art, diversió... Temptador, com a mínim

    Què faràs?

  • Definir i executar la fase de recerca amb càrrecs directius, stakeholders i usuaris, fent entrevistes, workshops i focus groups.
  • Mapejar processos, documentació i dades del front i back stage de les empreses.
  • Actuar com a frontissa entre negoci i tecnologia per garantir que les anàlisis i les recomanacions tècniques sempre tinguin en compte els objectius de negoci i les necessitats dels usuaris.
  • Identificar problemes i àrees de millora en processos interns i serveis.
  • Conceptualitzar serveis digitals per a clients nacionals i internacionals.
  • Traslladar necessitats d'usuaris a Èpiques i Històries d'usuari per a les solucions a construir o implantar.
  • Col·laborar amb equips multidisciplinaris de disseny, màrqueting i tecnologia.

    • Requisits

  • Domini del català (mínim nivell C), espanyol i anglès (mínim B2).
  • Més de 6 anys d'experiència en Disseny de Serveis.
  • Coneixements avançats en User Research, Service Design i Design Thinking.
  • Nocions intermèdies de disseny de productes digitals i growth hacking.
  • Excel·lents dots d'escolta i comunicació per dinamitzar entrevistes i workshops de manera moderada.
  • Gran habilitat de síntesi i narrativa per plasmar troballes de manera relacionada, objectiva i holística.
  • Actitud oberta per donar i rebre feedback constructiu i ajudar a créixer els altres i un mateix.
  • Experiència en metodologies Agile (Lean UX, Kanban o Scrum).
