    del puesto:

    El área de M&A de CaixaBank busca a un profesional para incorporarse al equipo de "Regulated".

    Si te unes a nuestro equipo participarás en la originación, ejecución y estructuración de operaciones de fusión, adquisición y venta de compañías en el mercado nacional en el sector de telecomunicaciones. También colaborarás con el equipo de ECM (Equity Capital Markets) en operaciones de salida a bolsa y operaciones similares relacionadas con el sector de telecomunicaciones.

    Para ello es necesario:

    • Capacidad para identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio (oportunidades de compra, venta, fusiones,...) que puedan conducir a mandatos por parte de clientes en los sectores de referencia
    • Análisis, estudio y elaboración de propuestas para la presentación de operaciones ante el Comité de Corporate Finance
    • Modelización y valoración de compañías/activos a través de las metodologías tradicionales de valoración de empresas
    • Coordinación y colaboración con los equipos internos y los equipos externos de auditores, abogados y otros asesores financieros en procesos de due diligence necesarios para la ejecución de las operaciones
    • Preparación de documentación para comités de inversión o consejos de administración de clientes con el objetivo de aprobar operaciones de M&A

    Descripción del perfil:

    • Titulación Superior en ADE, Económicas o Ingeniería
    • Experiencia demostrada y contrastada en modelización (Excel) y valoración de empresas a través de diferentes metodologías de valoración, incluyendo DCF y DDM
    • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en asesoramiento financiero en fusiones, adquisiciones, salidas a Bolsa y operaciones similares
    • Elevado conocimiento y probada experiencia en sector TMT
    • Alto nivel de inglés (toda la documentación es preparada en inglés)
    • Competencias clave Liderazgo
    • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
    • Capacidad de negociación tanto con clientes como con contrapartes
    • Compromiso, entusiasmo y dedicación
    • Disponibilidad para viajar
