- Gestionar y liderar el equipo de implantación de fábricas y de procesos productivos en cualquier planta de Torres de Hormigón de Nordex Acciona Windpower.
- Planificación, seguimiento de las tareas y coordinación de responsables de los trabajos definidos durante la implantación de un nuevo centro productivo.
- Responsable de la definición del cronograma de implantación de una fábrica de dovelas.
- Responsable de la coordinación interna y activación de todos los departamentos.
- Responsable de la gestión de empresas subcontratadas.
- Responsable de la construcción y arranque de las plantas
- Recepción de obras, instalación de moldes y grandes medios.
- Certificación de mediciones.
- Implantación y puesta en marcha proceso productivo.
- Asistencia en la resolución de los problemas propios de un arranque y/o variación del proceso.
- Diseño y definición de las instalaciones necesarias acorde a los diferentes procesos productivos, acorde a los procesos productivos validados por el departamento.
- Elaboración de requerimientos de compra para los proveedores afectados (obra civil, estructuras, instalaciones, utillajes, herramientas).
- Apoyo en la negociación de los contratos de infraestructuras e instalaciones
- Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o similar.
- Formación Complementaria: Conocimientos de Obra civil y gestión de proyectos.
- Iniciativa y autonomía, gran capacidad de organización y planificación.
- Buena flexibilidad, orientación al cambio y mejora continua.
- Nivel alto en AUTOCAD. Valorable MS Project.
- Nivel alto de Inglés imprescindible.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar. Recomendable en implantación internacional de plantas y procesos industriales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
