For our Offshore Process Engineering Department within the Siemens Gamesa RE Nacelle in Pamplona, Spain, we are looking for an analytical and innovative Process Engineer.


Among other things, the department is responsible for setting the production engineering standards within manufacturing and documentation and for implementing new and redesigned products in the production.

Furthermore, you will be involved in the establishment of new production footprints worldwide.

How to contribute to our vision

  • As our new Process Engineer your key responsibilities will, among other things, be to:
  • Developing and aligning best practice for Production Engineering standards on a global scale
  • Supporting, training, and assessing the assembly plants within Production Engineering standards
  • Being the link between Technology (R&D) and our production facilities during product development
  • Designing and implementing production lines for new products in cooperation with the local plants
  • Designing and implementing production lines for new production facilities
  • Participation in feasibility studies during site selection for new footprint projects

What you need to make a difference

  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • We are also looking for a future colleague who holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Production Technology or equivalent combined.
  • Relevant experience within the wind energy industry or similar, is a benefit for the role but not a must.
  • We are looking for someone with a profound crossfunctional understanding of global business process descriptions who can influence and communicate with people across different functions and levels within an international organization.
  • General assembly technology knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • As a person, you are an extrovert combined with an analytical, systematic mindset.
  • You have a proactive and selfdriven approach to your tasks, and you welcome new challenges.
  • Moreover, you thrive and navigate easily in a dynamic and complex environment where entrepreneurship is highly valued.
  • If you have Teamcenter experience, it will be seen as an advantage.
  • Lastly, we assume you possess strong English skills, both orally and in writing.
