    What will my responsibilities entail?

    • Manage the organization of planned tax filings/duties.
    • Standardize tax processes (duties, notifications, automation, etc.) across various locations.
    • Ensure strict adherence to our Tax Compliance program.
    • Supervise local Tax compliance tasks using our Tax Platform, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
    • Review tax returns prepared by our Operations teams in accordance with procedures and risk management plans.
    • Encourage our Operations teams in tax return preparation.
    • Ensure appropriate responses to any inquiries from local Tax Authorities.

    What qualifications are expected to become an Auxadi member?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.
    • Master's degree in taxation is a must.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Previous experience in a professional services firm and a passion for it.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft ERP Business Central facilitates adaptation.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
    • Keen attention to detail and precision.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • 3 years of management experience in the national and international tax domain.
    • Comfort working in an international setting.
