You will:

Generating leads and driving customer acquisition through a variety of channels, expecially through paid media, inbound marketing, events,
Analyzing market trends and customer insights in different countries to inform product development and positioning.
Identifying and targeting key customer segments, and developing messaging and positioning to effectively reach those segments.
Leading a Paid Media Strategy to boost awareness and adquisition.
Growing and developing Inbound and Automation marketing strategies.
Creating partnerships and collaborations with IT market leaders.
Building and leading a highperforming marketing/content team in an international environment.
Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
Collaborating closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives (OKR).
Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and positioning.
Managing Marketing Department Budget making sure it has being used wisely and efficiently.
Being flexible and adaptable, able to pivot quickly as the startup's needs and goals evolve.

Languages:

Fluent English.

What We Are Looking For:

68 years of proven experience as a SaaS Marketing Head of Marketing
Marketing Automation Experience using tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
Adaptable, versatile and able to get your hands full This is a Hands On position.
Proven experience in B2B Marketing Strategies.
Proven experience in Team Management.
