About this role:

As a Product Manager at Jotelulu, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product strategy.

You will be responsible for driving the success of our cloud-based products and services by managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and defining product performance indicators.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of our products.

You will:


Product Strategy and Roadmap:


  • Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and timelines for product development.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.

Product Lifecycle Management:


  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and highquality products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth product launches and seamless transitions.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Analyze market data and user feedback to make datadriven decisions regarding product features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Product Performance Tracking:


  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of products.
  • Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to gather insights and generate reports on product performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address challenges.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Customer Focus:


  • Understand customer needs and pain points to ensure product features align with customer expectations.
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing to inform product improvements.
  • Champion the customer's perspective throughout the product development process.

Languages:

Spanish and English


What We Are Looking For:


  • Have a strong passion for technology, cloud computing, and product management.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage market research and data to make informed decisions.
  • Have experience in the software industry, ideally in a cloud computing or SaaS environment.
  • Are familiar with product management methodologies, roadmaps, and product lifecycle.
  • Have a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Aare a proactive and collaborative individual who can effectively communicate and influence crossfunctional teams.
  • Are highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a customercentric mindset and can understand and address customer needs.
