Purpose of the function:


Reporting directly to the Director of Market Access Oncology for Spain, the Market Access PMO primary role is to support the Market Access Oncology team and execute a variety of project develop and management including all process by providing an efficient, agile and compliant support.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct the key operations derived from activities and strategic projects included in the Market access Oncology Plan at local and International level.
  • Give support to drive the crossfuncionally Market Access projects with the key internal stakeholders crossfunctionally (BU Head, Medical, Marketing, Market access, Sales ) to ensure a flawless development and an excellent execution of the projects with special focus on the launch readiness plan and market access strategic plan for upcoming product launches.
  • Work closely with the local Legal & Compliance department to secure the compliance of rules that govern activities and relationships with HCP following relevant authorities' codes and locally internal procedures.
  • Responsible of the project management of the Market Access projects with external providers and internal coordinations with market access team and any other departments
  • Accountable of all the phases (plan, initiate, coordinate, follow up and conclude the execution) of assigned projects in due time and form.
  • Maintain an accurate and wellorganized records and files of all the projects and documents. Support on contracts preparation and filing.
  • Planning and organization of internal and external meetings and events regarding the projects ongoing both for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, letters, minutes and meeting agendas.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks and budget follow up regarding the projects

Qualification and Experiences:


  • University Degree
  • 25 years eperience in manage projects.
  • Experience as Project Manager.
  • Problem solving, anticipation and strategic vision skills.
  • Excellent organization and administration skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to multi task, handle different tasks at the same time and manage the workload keeping a good prioritization, focus and flexibility.
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Used to work in a matrix organization in cross functional collaboration with other functions and enjoying team work.
  • Handson in style, proactive approach.
  • Positive and can do attitude, solution oriented approach, get things done mind set.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office programs and passionate of new technologies and digital transformation (able to quickly manage new systems and platforms).
  • Spanish (native), and fluency in English, written and spoken.
