    YOUR MISSION

    Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to work closely with our Groceries Operations team, and other stakeholders (Finance, People, Growth, Data Analytics).You will play a key role in leading Groceries Operations projects, helping to define strategy and optimizing processes. Expect the work to be challenging, varied, and analytical.

    THE JOURNEY

  • Cross functional project leadership through the different areas of the scope
  • Business KPI analysis and Strategy definition
  • Process improvement: best practices, pain points detection, automation.
  • Work closely with other teams such as: Tech, Data Analytics, Operations, People, Legal and Finance
  • Identify needs and prepare reports to be shared with the business.
  • Planning and Forecasting. Be part on the planning process to get business efficiency to another level.
  • Contribute to growth analysis, identifying possible levers.

    • WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Excellent project coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communications skills to report to different stakeholders
  • Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems proactively.
  • Advanced skills in the KPI analysis and operational data, with the ability to draw conclusions and develop improvement strategies.
  • Ability to use business data analysis tools such as Looker and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • SQL knowledge preferred
