    The Recruiter Business Functions (d/f/m) will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from building/creating candidate pipelines to offer stage for different departments and functions, while joining a team of experienced global Recruiters located in different countries. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition Business Functions and bring our recruiting to excellence. Building on strategic, analytical and communication skills, you will lead and strengthen your recruitment processes and enable the business to find and hire great people, while always having DEI topics in mind. With your strong quality focus, your candidates will enjoy their candidate journey with us, as you will be fostering strong relationships with them to ensure also future talent pipelines. This position is based in Barcelona or Paris.

    What you'll do:

  • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specific roles and functions
  • You will closely cooperate with diverse Hiring Teams, align expectations and build long-lasting relationships within Adevinta to ensure operational excellence
  • You will focus on several performance indicators to ensure that we will achieve our hiring targets and also adapt improvements based on data
  • While using central systems (like our ATS Workday) you will ensure data quality
  • Also, you may work on dedicated projects within our Talent Acquisition community

    Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years experience as a corporate recruiter, with a focus on business functions (Sales, Finance, People,...)
  • You are used to work within different EU markets simultaneously
  • On top, you gained country specific recruiting experience in France and Spain
  • You are business fluent in english and french (verbal and written), spanish is a plus
