In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a wide range of areas and adapts quickly to new situations.

Tareas

Task

You will have to feel comfortable collaboration with the rest of the team and you can expect to:

  • Internally Lead all the products & projects execution once a formal proposal is in place.
  • Customer Support & Information: together with the KAM being proactively the point of contact during all the project management.
  • Ensure that tech requirements are covered for each project.
  • Understand the needs of the customers together with the KAM to accelerate sales proposals satisfying customer needs.
  • Product Feedback & improvement: proactively gather and give feedback based on insights from customers needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate teams internally to guarantee project success.

Requisitos:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience or studies in health environment will be considered.
  • Previous experience in data & tech company with customer focus is an asset.
  • Fluent English & Spanish.
  • Proactive and open minded attitude.
