About the job

As an Annotators Manager, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of annotators within our annotation team.

You will also be responsible for creating and managing annotation tasks, as well as managing the working hours of annotators.

About you

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

You should have a strong understanding of annotation processes and be able to effectively manage and coordinate a team of annotators.

Interest in the field of artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus.

Tareas

You can definitely expect to:

Onboard new annotators, including training and assessment of their skills.
Create and manage annotation tasks, including defining task instructions and setting appropriate deadlines.
Evaluate the performance of annotators, including providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Educate annotators on best practices for annotation and new technologies or techniques.
Manage the working hours of annotators, including scheduling and tracking their time spent on tasks.

Requisitos:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate a team.
Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Experience in the field of artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus.
Experience in the biomedical field is a plus.
