Customer service and procurement


As a Customer Service, you will be a key person for our modular product and be part of the Modular team.

In this role, you will be based in Barberà del Vallès, Spain.

A day in the life of a Customer Service can look like

Generation of offers and processing of orders.

Direct contact with our factory in Poland.

Claims management, price control and maintaining information in the system.

Stock maintenance and management, returns and factory purchases.

Negotiate agreements with suppliers to establish quality, delivery, warranty and service terms.

Product technical support to the commercial and sales team.

We are looking for you to have:
Experience as buyer, customer service or planning.

Preferably with experience in the belting market (but it ́s not mandatory).

Enthusiastic about the product and with experience in customer service.

Able to work with cross-functional teams.

Fluent in Spanish and English, to communicate with local and global teams.

Technical background.

Strong problem-solving skills (without issues to roll up sleeves and get the job done).

Able to use technical data and language.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good written and verbal communication.

Positive team spirit

Entrepreneurial and customer focus

Learning agility

Ability to build relationships through collaboration.
