As a BRANCH MANAGER, you will be responsible for our branch in Valencia.

Serves as a Valencia's sales and operational leader, overseeing day-to-day commercial solutions and activities and focusing on the AMMEGA Commercial Excellence Program (CEP) and taking care for long-term interests of the business.

Plays an important role in sales management in Valencia branch.

Pursues new business opportunities, cross selling activities and manages other functions such as Key Account development, aligning strategy and promoting synergies with cross functional teams.

You will report to the Sales Manager, the leader of the SALES team in Spain.

A day in the life of a BRANCH MANAGER can look like:

  • Has overall accountability for and ownership of Ammeraal Beltech business in Valencia branch.
  • You will lead a team with more than 20 people (direct and indirect labours)
  • Interacts continuously with customers/prospects for the purpose of marketing and selling, evaluating performance and strength, negotiating agreements, supporting customer product integration.
  • Maintains customer files and information in SalesForce.
  • Prepares sales forecasts for Valencia branch.
  • Compares monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary with countermeasures.
  • Provides sales input for annual strategic planning process.
  • Interfaces with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.
  • Recommends pricing programs to remain competitive.
  • Interfaces with QA regarding any observed or reported quality/safety issues. Generates, leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies, and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Ammeraal Beltech products in his/her area.
