You will report to Head of Cluster Manager Iberia and be leader of the SALES team.

A day in the life of a SALES MANAGER can look like

  • Has overall accountability for and ownership of Ammeraal Beltech business in Spain.
  • Interacts continuously with our Sales Teams and Spanish customers/prospects for the purpose of marketing and selling, evaluating performance and strength, delivery of customer product training, negotiating agreements, supporting customer product integration.
  • Maintains customer files and information in database.
  • Prepares segment sales forecasts by units and euros.
  • Compares monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary with countermeasures.
  • Provides sales input for annual strategic planning process.
  • Interfaces with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance.
  • Provides input on advertising, literature, and promotion materials.
  • Recommends pricing programs to remain competitive.
  • Interfaces with QA regarding any observed or reported quality/safety issues. Attends tradeshows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies, and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Ammeraal Beltech products.
