- Establecer posicionamiento, identificar audiencias objetivo y desarrollar planes de marketing con objetivos específicos en diferentes canales y segmentos.
- Liderar la ejecución de programas de marketing de principio a fin, aprovechando el apoyo interno e impulsando la colaboración.
- Analice los conocimientos de los clientes, las tendencias de los consumidores, el análisis de mercado y las mejores prácticas de marketing para crear estrategias exitosas.
- Crea, mantén y realiza informes analíticos en múltiples plataformas y extrae información clave para el desarrollo de campañas futuras y estrategias de comercialización, completa con propuestas formales y recomendaciones sobre tácticas.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing en redes sociales y canales de venta online, además de estrategias para aumentar visibilidad y compromiso de la marca y presentar informes y propuestas formales con recomendaciones sobre tácticas y estrategias de marketing.
- Analizar y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas de marketing digital para garantizar el máximo impacto y retorno de inversión, además de las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades.
- Crear y gestionar contenido para las redes sociales y otros canales en línea, hacer seguimiento de estos canales de venta y los objetivos e ingreso.
- Liderar, motivar y supervisar a un equipo de vendedores en Europa, además de estrecha colaboración con otros equipos para diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de generación de leads y fidelización.
- Capacidad en desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing en redes sociales y herramientas de anuncios como META y/o Google ads.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español, valorable conocimiento en al menos otro idioma europeo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma rápida y eficiente, además de una excelente creatividad para generar ideas innovadoras para campañas de marketing.
- Habilidad para motivar y liderar un equipo activo y comprometido.
- Conocimientos de automatización de marketing y herramientas de CRM.
- Licenciatura en marketing, negocios o campo relacionado.
