- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Product, Services, Sales) to define and execute growth strategies that support our revenue objectives.
- Design, oversee, and refine user acquisition campaigns including paid media (Google Ads, Social Ads, media, etc).
- Lead the development and implementation of diverse content campaigns to bolster education and engagement.
- Spearhead SEO efforts to improve online presence and stimulate organic growth.
- Analyze data meticulously to monitor revenue performance and pinpoint areas for optimization.
- Articulate data-driven recommendations, reports, and insights to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership
- Bachelor Degree required; post-graduate digital marketing studies preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, SEO, SEM and growth roles.
- Deep knowledge of SEO strategies and applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth marketing, evidenced by a portfolio of successful campaigns and their results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Cloudcraze, coupled with a profound understanding of Test A/B methodologies.
- Exceptional project management competencies
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in English and in Spanish.
